Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elaine Whitt Coaching. By using this website, purchasing services, or participating in coaching, courses, or programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Elaine Whitt Coaching provides one-on-one coaching sessions, group programs, online courses, and digital materials. These offerings are intended for educational and personal development purposes.

2. Not Professional Advice

Coaching is a collaborative process to support personal growth and self-development. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. You understand that:

• Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health or medical conditions.

• Elaine Whitt Coaching does not work with clients who have serious mental illnesses.

• You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.

• Outcomes vary by individual, and no results are guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian permission to participate.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases (coaching, programs, courses, or digital downloads) are non-refundable.

• Payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Elaine Whitt Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5. Coaching Session Policies

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting 30 minutes of that session.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice result in a forfeiture of 30 minutes of session time.

• Late Arrivals: A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, digital downloads, and materials provided by Elaine Whitt Coaching, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Elaine Whitt Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of services or materials.

• You agree to release and hold harmless Elaine Whitt Coaching from any claims arising from your participation.

8. Modifications

Elaine Whitt Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
