About Me

Over the past six years, I’ve trained more than 1,500 coaches, mentored 100s more, and guided 100s of clients through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions—to a life of purpose, authentic connection, and a renewed sense of self.

But it didn’t start out that way.

I lived with chronic depression from childhood into my 30s. For years, life felt heavy—colored by sadness, resentment, and the belief that I was stuck in circumstances beyond my control. I searched for meaning through an anthropological lens. I yearned to understand how different cultures live and found myself many years in Latin America.

When I returned to the States, I began working in behavioral health research in 2012, but by 2015, I hit a breaking point. I couldn’t get out of bed for days. I felt hollow, disconnected, and exhausted by the constant effort to fix what felt unfixable.

There was no big transformation moment—just slow, steady healing over the course of several years. Through trial and error, I rebuilt my relationship with my mind, body, and spirit. Over time, the depression lifted, and then completely evaporated. It was replaced by a compassionate and grateful heart, and a deep sense of purpose in all I do.

What took me years to piece together, I’ve now shaped into a clear and direct path. The StrongMind Method™ offers a structured, compassionate process to support meaningful change—without relying on extreme techniques or digging into trauma. While the process is different for everyone, this gentle approach to healing creates the inner stability and mental strength needed for real, lasting transformation to unfold.

If you're ready for that kind of change, I’d love to meet you. Click below to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call.

I’ve been coaching for almost 20 years, and Elaine is the first person I turn to for insight and support. She doesn’t just talk about transformation—she lives it, offering compassionate guidance and practical strategies that continually inspire me. I highly recommend working with her.

Working with Elaine was one of the most helpful things I've done on my personal development journey. When I got really triggered and PTSD was prevalent in my life, weekly sessions with Elaine helped me come back to center and start to move forward in life again. I'll absolutely work with her again when I feel I need some more support!
