Payment & Refund Policy

All coaching session and package purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

• If you purchase a package, all sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Rescheduling is available with at least 8 hours notice prior to your scheduled session. Sessions canceled or missed without proper notice will be forfeited.

• Coaching services are a collaborative process and results are dependent on your active participation and commitment. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

By booking a session or package, you agree to these terms and conditions.
